I'm not sure how merger fits into that progression, Smitter...not saying it isn't happening, just not sure what the positive evidence for that is.
As long as all this actually happens, Smitter, and the (much more than annoying; more like an unbreakable barrier) debtholder dilution really ends, the market should react very favorably to these changes. I don't want to be too cynical, but I want to point out that the Nevada SecState update was the absolute easiest and cheapest step by far of those the company has listed. Now comes the hard stuff. But I like the sound of "amicable terms" with the debtholder.
