Not sure of the answer, but the CEO (Adam Radley) increased the revenues of Desert Communication from about 400K per year in 2006 to what will be over 20 million for the current year!!

With respect to your post on INVA-

I'm of the opinion that you have hit the nail right on the head. They have myriad Texas and southwest government contracts currently and backlogged as well as as extensive revenues generated from Texas school systems. They are poised for a huge turnaround and any strong DD you can find- highlighted by Buckden in that wonderful collaboration is very very enticing at these levels.

We are expecting financials soon - as well as further confirmation on the success of the sale of Trakkers and significantly reduced debt feature. This girl is definitely worthy of my attention.
