Here's the deal; imagine the opportunity to buy amazon, apple or Microsoft a couple of years before execution......that's why my $ is on Alvin.....the fact that there is no news, (I.e. Forward looking statements) is not necessarily a bad thing IMO .......just a cautious approach.....
