That,s only 1 TV station in Corpus Christi?? Maybe he decided that channel was of no use to his company anymore and just let it go. The normal red tape it takes the FCC to accomplish something, maybe he decided to let their process take place without him filing a billion pieces of paper on his end. Case in point is they were asking him to file from 2006 until now? 7 years?? Maybe he was focusing on the here and now?! MHO
