Lol! Understand completely! I guess time will tell if it is a carrot indicative of poor management. But, I don't think so and this is because I was told "that the shareholder letter was finalized" by Mr. Hershman, Chairman of the Board of Directors. And received an email from Chris also stating this. I can say just from the DD on Hershman, I don't think he would lack the business ethics to deliberately mislead an investor and I am 110% confident that he will follow through on this.
This letter is considered a material event and it will be filed and it is about as official as it gets. So, it is very important that SVFC does everything correctly. I don't mean to make excuses for the wait, but there could be an event underway, they may need to get attorney approval of the final letter, the holidays could be slowing things down, appropriate papers have to be submitted and filed.....could be a number of things. But, if Hershman says it's finalized, then we will get it.
