Sabby deserves champagne not derision. Hardly a pariah as they kept XXII afloat and allowed us to get in cheaply.

Sabby hasn't been our friend but they haven't done anything wrong IMO as they are there to flip money and don't pretend to care about the companies to which they lend the money. You know what you are getting before you deal with them. You can't hate a leopard for it's spots, that is who they are but I will be right alongside all other XXII investors bidding a delighted goodbye to Sabby.

Now you take the SOB in DSNY that has about $35+MM in naked shorts with a history of having put many small companies in financial death spirals with his naked shorting and that is the guy I want to lose everything and have to live on the street.
