Apparently the FDIC has decided to go after JPM for the 17 RMBSs, the agreement was originally written to take in the RMBSs that UWBKQ had. Now the FDIC is going to peruse the 17 RMBSs

My question to you Fred is how did you come up with $83mil?

My observation ---- I don't care if the FDIC takes the ITR, BAC monies, the $83mil JPM monies,(which I believe they will) per the CSSA. If that lets them recover enough $$$$$ to give us our just due, then so be it.

I can not believe that BS, and the rest of our legal beagles didn't know about the litigation between the FDIC and JPM and company. If they weren't privy to that information then they all should be fired.
