The most recent PBHG PRs were apparently selected for distribution only on the OTC Markets website instead of for broader distribution. Additionally, whoever created the PRs used supplemental uploaded documents instead of putting the entire PR in the main text.
OTC Markets may have confusing instructions as to how to submit a PR that make it sound as though an uploaded document is required because at least one other company (PVEC) has also been using that strange method.
