I reviewed the O/S, SB-2, and Auth. Share structures a bit
ago. Based on my calculation, GLIF will need to come
up a new share structure down the road as the SB-2 will
exhaust all remaining shares until it meets the authorized
amount.

That is, O/S will equal the Authorized shares of 150 million.

The current SB-2 has a ways to go.

I currently hold none.
