One thought. Another thought is they expire in five years and this $40M investor who has founded and sold large companies won't sell immediately because he is smart. Imagine that.

And- since he will control the JV he will know how the deal flow is going. Would he sell his shares if PHOT is doing well. Of course not. Elementary folks.
