What makes you think there will be one?? Cripes, that is the kiss of death. The only reason an "up and coming" company would consider one is when the PPS is in the $1.50-2.00 range, to value itself onto a higher exchange. I'm in one tech stock that said in their SHM they would consider an RS at the 1.50 mark ONLY to get the company on the NASDAQ... I don't have an issue with that, as it would bring in the large institutional investors. In the event AXCG pushes into that range, which it could in 18-24 months, I think it would be ok to RS to go to the higher exchange. How do my fellow longs feel about that?? I prefer if people stay away from the term as it scares the crap out of people. Rumors can kill you!!!
I plan on having at least 10 million shares by Valentines.. I'm on disability, so, I can only do so much when funds are available. I have a bid in tomorrow for 425,000 and already have 950,000 from the .0006 range. If a few of my dogs sell this week, I'll be buying more... I definitely "aint scairt" of this visionary stock.... It's like I can see where they are going, and I'm not in a hurry to get there.
