makemoney18, I agree. I still kick myself for not investing in Fannie Mae (FNMA). I remember I asked my friend if I should invest in it when I first began investing back in 2011. While it was trading at roughly .25 cents a share, he said no. If I did, today I'd be up 960%! It broke my heart and still does today. Though I was a beginner investor back then, so I didn't argue with him.
