another possible reason Europe first then US is the political connection/alignment of Canada to Europe more so than the US. The complexity of FDA approval process is certainly a factor too.

Your explanation could not have been more clear.

I've traded options before so I understand the concept of expiring worthless.

I will call the Broker @ Schwab tomorrow & see if they can execute a trade for me. If not, I'll setup a separate account with another brokerage that can.

I'm not sure how much I'll invest yet but I definitely feel that the risk/reward ratio is definitely worth the trade.
