Depending on who these 120 million are. Depending on do we get the big news. If we get the good news and big investors to come with us. Then we share a strong shareholder base. There is a risk, but I believe that SGLB to give a big news. So we going to fly in dollar.
It won't be a flush of 120 million shares, as that wouldn't give the sellers a very good pps price...I'm just hoping/assuming Sigma's new hire comes to light with some solid announcements before hand;they need to create value and stability this month to really reassure investors. Might be almost time to learn more about be printrite trial...I hope
I wish I knew more about that private placement. I cannot find anything other than the link to their 8-k filing. It says nothing about how long the 120 million shares must be held. The general assumption is six months but it could be more or less. It is a question mark. I'm hoping like many others that the private holders have the best interest of the company in mind and would not do a mass dump of the shares. I am anticipating that some big news is on the way soon as well. I see a lot of potential if SGLB can get that first contract with a big industry player.
it's my understanding shares were sold under sec rule 506, 1 year restriction. Rule 144 how restricted shares can be sold says 6 months under certain conditions. I'm not sure if this could apply to SGLB or not.. Z
If 120m were dumped on the market at once, highly unlikely, we'd be looking at ~22% dilution. Figure a .05 drop in pps as a conservative estimate. IMO, not enough to get worked up over.
