Yes, that's what I just got back today.

I think their 11/26 clarification was meant to clear things up, but at least in my opinion, it didn't accomplish that goal.

Is it a buy now?

That's for others to decide themselves.

I have shares that I'm holding because I think they have a shot at making something happen in the $600-$700M PCB market, but I sold my trading shares.
