Is Affinity a SEDAR filer? If not, then that laughable report can not be filed with SEDAR, and thus is not an NI 43-101. As well, claiming that it is will bring unwanted attention from the SEC.

Of course, without complete drilling and testing, they can't make the claims that this joke of a report is saying. A few grab samples doesn't cut the mustard.
