My opinion is that if ZTE is fearful of German courts outcome; they will settle in the very near term with a globle settlement. Vringo seeking around $650 Million. Would ZTE spend $350 million for all their problems to go away? I think yes and that would be a nice stocking stuffer for us Vringorians!
