'Axeman' EXACTLY 'KNOW WHAT YOU OWN' & LOCK up your shares , especially if you have a margin account , so that they cannot be borrowed !!! Putting in a simple good 'till cancel sell order @ .02+ / share prevents all kinds of shenanigans from happening behind your back with your shares !!! jmho
