Dividend or not, the "ride" ARR is giving shareholders is directly in the poorly built shithouse:

ARR one month today = $4.38

ARR today = $3.91

Explain to me like I'm a 5 year old at Disneyland....

How in a poorly built shithouse with a $0.47 per share annihilation all okay because it comes with a $0.05 dividend? Based on my white collar math, that's $0.43 in net loss still.

Personally, when it comes to management, maybe they just stick to building shithouses nobody cares about and let those who have an IQ higher than a rotten banana handle the financial thinking.

But who cares about the 8 cent pounding in 2 hours when you get 5 cent REIT divvy in 30 days, right?
