No they do not! in the OTC & I have shown in their filings where it WOULD HAVE TO BE LISTED if that were the case. I supplied irrefutable evidence that that is NOT the case here. Period/Fact

Preferreds automatically pay a dividend. NO THEY DON'T.

They are held here for 1 purpose only, for control.
And will come out of any reverse unscathed.

Or holders will be made whole first if possible during any liquidation.
