manuel...Total came in and talked already of a devellopment ,,all Blocks in one,,( not the right words exactly in the head), already before started drilling !.
...then they let them drill ...but don,t let them know they will only have block 1 ...if it was so ?!
they found enough that the others keep what they have....and not to forget ...the Boss is Abuja, makes all even more complicated.
only block one is changing its players...

.....the saudies are on the way to spent a lot of money for Cepsa,s future projects....they are on shopping tour
