It's ok for people to make stuff up on these boards, the fact is that just the daily volume proves you wrong..

Yes it was very legal for Kim to pay Ben in shares for his work.

Legal to trust Brian Heckathorn??? dont have a clue what you mean.

using a fake address because it is illegal

Who is using a fake address? Brian Heckathorn?
Why do we care what he does? you are being a bit scattered

What if CSC and Kim Thompson were selling on all this hype (obviously known in advance) at the same time the stock promotions were rolling out? If you think that is legal, I can give you a hundred of other cases to read that are much worse than the one I already posted. Is it still some assumption here that Kim Thompson has not been selling shares when he sold 10's of millions?

Well to begin with CSC was selling into the hype. They make that very clear.... At least the promoters that they use(SWA) make it very clear that they are selling.

Kim selling is a different story. Kim has not sold any shares or should I say ...planned to sell any since sept 30 it was for 1.4M shares Didnt bother to look for a sale confirmation.

If you think that is legal, I can give you a hundred of other cases to read that are much worse than the one I already posted. Is it still some assumption here that Kim Thompson has not been selling shares when he sold 10's of millions?

Good combination of statements. Hard to cover one truthfully without it being used on the other end so I will answer them separately.

If you think that is legal, I can give you a hundred of other cases to read that are much worse than the one I already posted.

I am sure you can and like your last irrelevant example the thing you are missing (and nailing) is "misleading"
While the example is perfectly misleading the thing you dont see is that...
A) the promoter put out misleading statements that were untrue. B) This is what made it fraudulent.
So before you try to compare your hundreds of misleading cases, you need to show where our promoter and Kim put out misleading PRs and then sold into them.

So please find a SWA promo that is misleading with facts from KBLB.
First off SWA is not Kims promoter. They are CSCs promoter. and secondly they have not put out a single misleading promo. they hype the hell out of it but nothing that isnt true.
The next part..

Is it still some assumption here that Kim Thompson has not been selling shares when he sold 10's of millions?

No unless you count yourself.
Everyone knows or should know exactly what Kim is selling. He files the public paper work telling us all exactly what he is doing and the public documents that they file to keep us current tell us exactly how many shares Kim holds.

So if there is someone out there who feels Kim is not selling shares occasionally I couldnt guess who that would be.
The question I have is why is it wrong for Kim to sell some shares? He takes no salary. They are his shares. It isnt like he is issuing them from the A/S and giving them to himself and then selling them.
I think Kim has sold about 25M shares since 2007 that is a grand total of 4M shares a year. At the current rate of .05 the total is about $200K a year $170K after taxes. and a 5th of that for 2 of those years.
Yeah... he is ripping us blind LOL. He makes less than many of his shareholders

I could give you an accurate dollar figure if you really need it but it would be embarrassing to anyone who thinks Kim is getting rich here.

I do want to acknowledge your responding to my post though. It isnt normally a thing that happens. Normally you are given proof of your statements inaccuracies and just act like it didnt happen.

Youre going to need to provide some kind of evidence, even circumstantial so that we can evaluate that statement.
