What we've been seeing is not straight selling. There have been end of day blasts of 1mil shares traded and no movement at all... on many occasions. That's very suspect IMO. Then you have a bit of selling to bring the price down a half a cent, only to see a half mil or more go through. Then you have a very specific selling at any type of run, not enough to tank the stock but to just stifle and real run.. This is by design and not insiders selling IMO.
Somebody want's the stock in the .05 range, and has been diligently working that for weeks.
Why, not sure? However I can't buy the insiders selling, we'd be at .02 if millions of shares were dumping.
To me, it looks like more of an arranged seller and an arranged buyer.. more like an agreed upon transfer.

EDIT- Just look at yesterdays close.... 2,300,000 mil shares traded and virtually no change. Back in the day we'd be up or down 5 or 6 cents on that kind of volume.
