I see, by watching L2 thru the day, that the MMs may be making it more difficult for flippers to rebuy at a lower price than they sold. Hence, the lower volume.....

There are always flippers and day traders in all of these stocks.BUT...The big money in the penny world is made by accumulating large and holding as long as the DD is solid.Nothing wrong with grabbing some trading shares while you wait for the company to deliver.
