Not sure, but another of my holdings did just that AH tonight also.
IPCI: "offering at the market". But unlike ONVO, they do have revenues coming from a just FDA approved drug. It went from $1.80 to $6.46 in like 2 days, and it is now AH, at $3.48.
What a crazy night.
