hey - i bot this little lot for 10k awhile ago and put a sign on it. from the sign i have done two other deals. recently a used car dealer told me he would like to put one or two cars on the lot with for sale signs -- and i said OK, provided he gives me 2% of sales.

today a guy calls me and says he would like to buy it -- i tell him he can have it for 29k with 10k down and i will carry back. i like to write interest only notes for about 12% for 5 years or so.
