I am not "implying" anything. I am posting the facts about why a company is notified that there is a pending GLOBAL LOCK on its stock. You can make your own determinations about the validity of the information given. Don't try and marginalize the serious nature of the DTC Notification by passing it off to "you and others trying to imply" something. There is no "trying to imply" anything. The implication is loud and clear. Just read the documents and then do a little DD on what they mean. Its all been posted here. Read it.
