i can rephrase to include: "God granting us mercy and 3 more years of life..."

also, if you dont live in calif and i by some freak of nature or something should lose - will allow you to choose a CA wine. [dont want you to be stuck with something inferior]

and there are a few homes that dipped under the 685k.

but what i notice is the homes that were on the market a few years ago were mostly NICE ones (which are the majority in San Anselmo) and now i see fixers and investment home deals gone sour. no matter - you WON!
