I don't see how GRSI could possibly take over Tirex . The most they could do is make them honor their agreement which would be good for us . The only down side that I could see is if Tirex increases their authorized shares and starts diluting to cover legal fees . If they can iron this out, a partnership with GRSI would be great for the stockholders.
