Vinskiweb is a Hong Kong based online marketing/branding/design media company. This is the company that designed the Soconison website. That flikr image you found was posted to Flickr on July 10, 2012.

If you look at their portfolio of work on Flickr, they also did the Sitoa Global Inc. website. The Sitoa image was added to Flickr on July 10, 2012 as well.

Interestingly enough, Soconison also developed a webpage called "Flipping Secrets of the Rich"

AND you can see from this website that they designed the Alibaba website. What's weird about this "vinskipedia" site is that any link you click in the nav bar redirects to the newer looking "vinskiweb" site which doesn't feature their work for Sitoa or Soconison.
