S&T, a $500M rev cloud company in Europe is basically doing a R/M into SYAI to get to NASDAQ.

the last $500M rev cloud company to have a deal was GSX about 3 weeks ago, Open Text bought them for $1.17B.

Worth at least $1B, but probably more.

On top of that, the O/S will come down here. I expect a mass cancellation of shares.

I expect 200M O/S here and PPS $10.00

People need to check facts before posting.this is the biggest buyout deal I have even seen for a micro cap company.

Since this is only a LOI, I'd be VERY skeptical. I've seen dozens of these fall apart. In fact, most LOI's never happen in pinkyland.
