Obviously, you don't know the lies that were told about that--the word is that the company was giving Vanis some cash to buy shares in the open market, so not only does Vanis want over $500K on past due salaries, he is getting free shares. But you know, with the 15 million bottles produced and sold as of August, the company was supposed to pay off Vanis in cash, and around the same time Darin Ezra was going to become Chairman of the Board because it was he who gave the bank guarantee for 15 million bottles. I have profusely argued that this type of production # was not feasible on the sole basis that logistics would be too complicated. 15 million bottles is estimated to be around 73 truckloads. Have any idea what kind of space that takes up? LOL...Man, did I take heat for arguing that point with some people.
