pita...NOBODY is able to buy .0001s but plenty would like to drive it down to that point so they can.... .0001s are cross trades and .0001s for 100 shares are usually put there by the very lenders that lend the company money so they can convert at the lowest of rates...then they will create a run up so they can sell those conversions for maximum profits..AIMHO....
