If anything, based on the action of the O/S from the early summer till mid-fall, I thought it would continue to go down. The fact that it stabilized might mean any of a number of things.
Major spending as Nano Tech expands to create more revenue streams. I believe they'll continue to drop the o/s after profit starts flooding in from NP-1 and they pay off 4k studios.
They've made their intentions clear they want to be on the Nasdaq and I firmly believe they'll do so by continuing to buy back shares, but these past two months had been all about expansion. Patience my friend... I believe we'll see the o/s drop some more in a month or two :)
