Open communication will give this awesome effort clarity, and a reason to sense that the bottom has finally been reached , and last that share structure is permanently locked in so we can finally feel like a value partner of GNCP as well as a shareholder committed for 'the long haul'

If you see the filings it shows about 300-400 million shares that were issued and then renegotiated OFF-Market. I believe these are what is hitting the market. This is from when the O/S was 949 million from 625. I still believe the new funding will still be restricted for 1 year from this month.
