I don't care to speculate.....but here is the info:

Immediately following the Spin-Off, Kat Exploration will own 34,525,306 of our shares of common stock, or approximately 7.4% of all our issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

We know all other shareholders received their spin off shares... so Kat X must have received theirs too. We just don't know what Ken has done with them....until/if he informs us.
