Expecting great news! I'm thinking if the Judge is giving his ruling tomorrow from the bench then the merger and POR has been approved and creditors/stockholders won't have to vote again to confirm the plan.

Before they broke for Lane's consultation, he stated "I am not going to think about this over Thanksgiving".

If he rules contrary in any of the three points mentioned in his jurisdiction, he will be thinking about this well past Thanksgiving.

I think the hearing is to lay to rest all the nesting dolls, once and for all and the merger can consummate.
