Its being pinned down by manipulators. They are accumulating and using their big wallets to hold it back by getting the MMs to flock to their bid. Watched it all morning, fake bids all over the place. Watched a 2x2024 or something like that hang for an hour or so. Just got to walk away and let them get what they want.
