1) he never did bring a product to market
2) stat-sure investors ended up in a lousy place.

is that too many qualifiers?

yes, I was unaware that a product he was involved in developing did get FDA approval and to market, though he was no longer involved (by 7+ years)

Unfortunately, those investing in his company did not benefit.

Let's hope that doesn't happen this time.
