Thanks Doc. What about the more relevant question I posted:

What happened to stockholders of the company ES ran when these other companies brought the product to market? If I understand correctly he was founder and CEO of a company that he took public in '93. How did the stock holders of this company fair when it became stat-sure or Alere?

Is the hemistrip product that stat-sure and alert sell the same as the one developed under ES leadership? If so, when did it get approval for sale in the US because the NNVC website says it was approved in "a number of countries including Canada, GB and Vietnam"?

ES ran a company that apparently had a successful product, but the company he ran didn't bring it to market, so who's making money on it? What happened to the company that he was CEO of and how did the stockholders do?

I believe this is a very important aspect of the story that we haven't heard yet.

BTW, the Clearview test is an excellent product, widely used today.
