Pervasip PAID Factor Fund $150K for them to delay conversions for one Q.

That's a $150K PVSP of course didn't had. So they said "just add it to our tab".
FF knows how to reckognize a sucker bet, so they took it.
They'll have $150K more worth of shares to dump come next week.

Factor Fund has only one year to get rid of all their PVSP debentures.
