Yeah SPMI is much better in every aspect:

1- 38M OS. approx 18 M float...trading at a market cap of about 7 weeks of current revenue ..completely undervalued

2- 43 brick and mortar stores and expanding rapidly into new much more profitable business model

3- No dilution or toxic convertible debt....just got first round of loan of $2m

4- new Carbonga ap that got rave reviews at sema show earlier in month

5- over 100 employes on OTC bb

6- new upscale franchise launching in 32'states with enclave enterprises as project manager

7- $8m revs a yr on a $20 emission test ....now moving into new business model rolling out and converting complete car care centers...last Pr said the few test centers already exceed guidance revenue for the year
