I can tell you it can be from a real bank and if so, doen't mean anything, as I have stated they all are very corrupt over there and will do anything for a few bucks...
You can get any BOD/official to write anything for a flash of some money over there, I had it done a few times to get fake documents to have things done, BIG TIME CORRUPT THERE
I had it done at Universities, banks, corporations and doctors
