Well i see its down from my initial alert..... i told people to keep an eye on it because it had a 4M share float, and promoters were going out on it. well a couple lists did go out on it the next morning, but they didn't have much power obviously. if anyone good picks up socr it could go to 50 cents. we're talking about a 4m share float...
