If revenue is even half that figure this stock will rock.

Nicely done Danny

A lot of those early downloads were no doubt people looking for free and the conversion rate was no doubt fairly low and the 8% conversion to pay makes sense.

Most of the NEW Plans are based on the Unlimited $9.95 to Mexico, or to India, etc and may appeal to a higher need client that is willing to pay for the service.

The Local Numbers are really a major bonus for VoX in that it allows Unlimited INBOUND calling all for the price of a local call which is usually free, for $5.95 a real bargain. What is really special here is that someone in China can make a local call to their child or business associate in the US that has purchased that local VoX number for China, and their Mobile phone will ring regardless of where in the world they may be traveling etc.

All kinds of potential International business with these VoX Local Numbers in 56 Countries.

Can you please provide a link to that data?

Over a year ago, the conversion rate was less than 3%. The currently financial statements indicate they lost more customers than they gained last Q.

Thus, please provide the data.

Thanks in advance.

Apple customers are not paying a typical $15 a month, the only plan offered on IOS is the $0.99 plan.

PVSP offers many plans, some are $5 and $6. So $15 is unlikely to be the average.
According to Pervasip filings, conversion rate is 5%, not 8%.

PVSP current revenue is $228K per Q, of which 38% come from a single "wholesale" customer.
The origin of the rest of the revenue is unknown, but they are still receiving some revenue from Ojo subscriptions, and some odds & ends.

In March this year (10-K, they were claiming:

Our revenues for fiscal 2012 decreased by approximately $292,000, or approximately 23%, to approximately $1,000,000 as compared to approximately $1,292,000 reported for fiscal 2011.
The decrease in revenues was mainly due to the loss of lower margin wholesale business during the year, which we consider less desirable than our higher margin wholesale business or our mobile VoIP product.
Our sales representatives and our advertising are now focusing only on the growth of our mobile app product, which we anticipate will see significant gains in fiscal 2013.
We measure the growth in number of credit card payments each day from app users and in the number of daily calls made by mobile customers.
In early January 2013 we averaged three credit card payments a day and in March 2013 we average 14 payments a day.
We have had as many as 29 credit card charges in one day, and we believe that we can continue to grow our mobile app customer base and reach 50 payments a day soon after our iPhone app is released.

OK. they had 14 renewals a day, so 30x14 = 420 customers in March (subscriptions are monthly, so they must be paid once a month.)

Q1 revenue was $238K. With about 420 customers.

You say PVSP must have 23,000 paying customers now. Let's check Q3 revenues : $228K.
Bummer, they gained 22,000 paying customers while losing $10K of revenue. Total FAIL!

In any case, Vox ceased to give any significant measure of their "progress" after the 10-K. There was no measurable progress this year, even in the Quarter that includes both the iPhone and the call cards revenues, if any.
