You're right.
I was refering to that site, stating:
"After-hours trading is only shown if the stock if it is a component of the Nasdaq-100 Index."

It is only stated there, that trading is shown for Nasdaq-100 indexed stocks, but probably on all Nasdaq stocks can an after-hour-trade be executed? Technically it can be easily done.
Of course NYSE-listed stocks are qualified for after-hour-trading, too.
