now, lets get the O/S down.

it was 80M last summer, they did a 5:1 F/S to 400M.

Then, someone got 600M, I note an acquisition of Bartronics.

I'm assuming a lot of this O/S can be cancelled out as its not in the float. They will do whatever it takes to get S&T
