They should be more concerned with CannaVest

As recently as Oct 9, 2013, CannaVest closed at $39.05.

As I write this, it's at $15.99, down 59% from that date.

They filed the 8-K announcing the plan to issue 10M shares for $1 each on 11/13/13 after the market closed, with the stock at $21.50, so it's down nearly 26% from that date.

Since so much of MJNA's stock value is that of the CannaVest shares it holds, I imagine that Sides and Co. are a little worried right now.
