Could be. Abbvie sure seem to walk away pretty quickly once the dosing mislabeling was uncovered. I would be surprised if any bp's are really afraid of this bogus class action lawsuit that has already failed a couple of times, but who knows. My guess is that Abbvie is out. Hopefully somebody else is in sometime soon. Going the entire phase III alone is not a viable option in my opinion.
