That big boy will have to pay a huge premium. Current large investors and company shareholders own enough to hold off any takeover. Buyout would likely have to be +$10.

I would think theoretically DSNY has more value to the whole group it will serve than to any other entity. So the value calculation is not just about how much the buyer will save but also how he will derive tolls from the DSNY infrastructure from others.
